Reconnect and focus
At KDZA, we’ve always placed an emphasis on teamwork and partnerships. Because we believe that we can achieve far more together than we can as individuals, we make a point of maintaining positive relationships with our partners.
But work and life get busy, and every now and again we need to make the time to reconnect with you, our partners. In this way, we can maintain strong business relationships, identify new opportunities and ensure continued customer satisfaction.
It is KDZA management’s sincere wish to keep our channels of communication open and we encourage you to offer your feedback and opinions. After all, it’s only through collaboration and trust that we can build strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.
However, it’s also important to realise that this collaboration needs to be focused and synchronised. Without a clear focus, collaboration can lack a sense of alignment, which can lead to ineffective decision making and missed opportunities. Additionally, when efforts are uncoordinated, they can lead to duplication of tasks and confusion, ultimately resulting in delays and decreased efficiency.
One of Kyocera’s core philosophies is “we must project our abilities into the future”. This essentially means we need to focus and set targets that challenge our current abilities. By striving to elevate ourselves to meet higher targets, we train our brains to increase their abilities.
As you well know, Kyocera has long been setting common goals, clear roles and responsibilities, as well as sharing a strategic communication plan. We may not have gotten it 100% right in the past, but we believe the approach has had impact. Working towards the same goals and ensuring that resources are being used efficiently is our path to success.
We encourage you to focus on synchronised collaboration that will help us all to avoid duplication, while ensuring that everyone is working together cohesively. Let’s join forces and focus our combined efforts to achieve optimal results!
