New corporate sales manager brings trust, clarity and consistency to every conversation

This week, I’m pleased to introduce a new face to the Kyocera community. Andrie Chaffey has joined us as our new corporate sales manager, bringing more than 16 years of experience across the document solutions and office automation industry.Andrie’s career has taken her from sales representative to senior leadership, with a reputation for building strong relationships, delivering results, and finding clarity in complexity.

Her appointment is an important step in our strategy to strengthen our offering in the corporate space. With a clear focus on building trust and long-term value, Andrie will lead the team responsible for deepening client engagement and supporting our partners in key markets.

We’re thrilled to have her on board, and I know our partners and clients will benefit from her insight and energy. As Andrie settles into her new role, she shared that while sales tools and platforms may change, the fundamentals remain constant. Here are three that continue to guide her:

  1. Trust beats technique—customers buy from people they believe in.
  2. Listening is more powerful than talking—the best reps understand more by saying less.
  3. Follow-ups win deals—most opportunities are lost in silence, not rejection.

She beleives that people don’t buy from pitches, they buy from people they trust and that starts with showing up consistently. Her words echo a key part of Kyocera’s founding philosophy: “Pursue your work with diligence and sincerity.” In this spirit of showing up with care and integrity and knowing how it impacts our growth together, please join me in welcoming Andrie to the Kyocera family.

I look forward to what we will achieve with her as part of our team.
