Leading KDZA into the 4th industrial revolution
Deloitte’s seminal report on Industry 4.0 entitled, The Fourth Industrial Revolution is here: Are South African executives ready provided interesting insights into how the 1600 C-level executives across 19 countries, including 100 respondents from South Africa felt about the inevitable and rapid changes we are facing. What stood out about South African executives was their lack of confidence in their organisations’ preparedness to address Industry 4.0 issues. In our realm, this includes mass-scale automation.
While there are global jitters about the future of business, it’s clear to me that KYOCERA Document Solutions South Africa (KDZA) has to, in its own small and large way, continue our mission of improvement and optimisation. Changes bring us the opportunity to innovate and to challenge ourselves to find new opportunities to increase our sales top line and to add value to our customers. I firmly believe that we’re in the position to be the market leader in content management.
We’re listening closely to you our partner base, and actively looking at ways to improve our channel communication, our internal processes and our relationships with all our stakeholders. We want to see more customers together with our partners and work on customer solutions together. Our interactions have started to be a lot more focused, with an agenda and timeline and more accountability and feedback is being provided.
