KDZA appoints Venaiy Pachai as product trainer to elevate technical capability and customer confidence

We often say at KDZA that our true value lies not just in our technology, but in the knowledge, care, and commitment we pass on to others. I’m therefore happy to share the appointment of Venaiy Pachai as our new Product Trainer, a role that’s central to building the next generation of technical excellence throughout the KDZA channel partners.

Venaiy joins us with nearly 30 years of experience in the printing and document solutions industry. His journey started in 1996 as a Workshop Technician, and over the years, he steadily rose through the ranks to become Group Technical Manager for Training and Support at PanSolutions.

Along the way, he’s trained and supported over 120 technicians across 19 dealer networks in Southern Africa, including Mozambique, Swaziland, Botswana, and Namibia.

But what sets Venaiy apart isn’t just his impressive CV or his fault-finding expertise, it’s his passion for mentorship. He told us that he loves sharing knowledge, assisting and guiding learners and this commitment is more than a professional skill, it’s a mindset that aligns with who we are at Kyocera.

Dr Inamori reminds us, “Respect the Divine and Love People.” For Venaiy, that’s not a motto, it’s something he’s lived throughout his career. His calm, steady approach to teaching and his dedication to helping others succeed will bring this principle to life in our business, our teams, and ultimately in how we serve our customers.

As we grow our production offerings and deepen our technical capability, we do so with intention. Appointing Venaiy, who leads with both heart and hands, ensures we’re not just delivering products; we’re delivering confidence.

Please join me in welcoming Venaiy to the Kyocera family and please support him as he builds technical excellence across our business, one technician, one training, one moment of mentorship at a time.
