We welcome Jimmy de Waal as our new Sales and Marketing Director

We are pleased to give Jimmy de Waal a warm welcome as the new Sales and Marketing Director of KDZA. He started at the beginning of our calendar year and is set to bring a fresh and dynamic approach to our sales and marketing team as he is passionate about ‘anything with a clear focus to chase.’ With many goals to chase in KDZA’s near future, we are excited to start the year off with his known ability and personal drive to develop and lead teams effectively.

Jimmy joins us from Canon South Africa where he worked closely with Europe, direct and indirect channels and export for over 13 years. He has a rich background in business management, and whilst a large part of his career has been in marketing, he also has a proven track record in sales because, to use his words, he ‘loves the chase of a deal.”

Because of his deep interest in building relationships, he will be focusing on creating unified teams, both internally and with our partners. He says he thrives when helping people achieve their own goals and ambitions and his goal for this new position is to build working relationships where everyone contributes to the company's goals, while having fun and building a culture of trust.

Whilst he is always looking to grow his network with like-minded customers, partners, and communication industry specialists, he also believes in the importance of balance. This value is clearly mirrored in his wide and varied personal interests which include live music, playing guitar, travelling, mountain biking, running, and online gaming.

We’re excited to see how the rest of the year unfolds under the guidance of Jimmy’s human-led leadership.
