Looking back at KDZA’s 2024 Journey

2024 was a year of growth, innovation, and collaboration 

As we look back on 2024, it’s clear that Kyocera Document Solutions South Africa (KDZA) has taken bold strides toward shaping a dynamic future. This year wasn’t without its challenges—economic pressures, unpredictable demand, and supply chain disruptions kept us on our toes—but our resilience and commitment to innovation allowed us to deliver results that matter.

On this note, I would like to express heartfelt gratitude to our staff, partners and customers. Your support, collaboration, and dedication have been the cornerstone of our successes in 2024. Together, we’ve navigated challenges, celebrated achievements, and laid the foundation for a promising year ahead. 

What made 2024 a milestone year?

  1. Expanding our network ~ Welcoming four new partners across the region strengthened our channel and demonstrated the effectiveness of our partner-first strategy.
  2. Fostering growth ~ Territories like Mauritius and Namibia achieved notable success, reflecting how focused strategies and strong partnerships drive results.
  3. Recognising excellence ~ For the first time in five years, we hosted a partner travel incentive in Zanzibar, celebrating top performers and reinforcing our commitment to collaboration.
  4. Setting the global standard ~ Kyocera’s recognition by Keypoint Intelligence—winning the A3 Line of the Year Award and the Most Colour Consistent A3 Brand Award—reaffirms the quality and reliability that define our brand. 

 

The steps we’ve taken this year have set the stage for a dynamic 2025 and we look forward to working together to achieve even greater milestones. 2025 promises to be a year of renewal and outward focus. Our mission is clear

  • Double our footprint in South Africa.
  • Onboard new partners to expand our reach.
  • Strengthen our brand as a leader in sustainable and innovative document solutions.

Our successes in 2024 wouldn’t have been possible without your enduring support. 

As the year draws to a close, we wish you a season filled with peace, reflection, and joy. May the end of this year bring you moments of rest and inspiration, and may 2025 be a year of renewed opportunities and continued success.
