Kyocera comes out tops in two international accolades
Despite the many challenges that the past year has brought to our personal and professional lives, we can stand proud that Kyocera has yet again come out tops in terms of innovation, quality, performance and cost.
Last year, the Wall Street Journal named Kyocera among the world’s 100 most sustainably managed companies, and in December 2020 Kyocera Document Solutions Europe accepted the European Digital Press Association (EDP) award for our latest revolutionary inkjet production printing device: the TASKalfa Pro 15000c.
The honour of these accolades can’t be underplayed. The Wall Street Journal is a leading and respected American business publication, which assessed the sustainability metrics of more than 5500 publicly traded businesses to create the ranking.

The EDP Awards, meanwhile, are Europe's only technology assessment in the industry and the competition is open to all products announced and launched to market within a year. The winners are selected by a commission of experts and the judging criteria is purely technical and not popularity based. This way, the EDP guarantees that the manufacturers' achievements in developing new technologies are recognised.
Being a new entrant to this industry and getting acknowledged by a panel of experts from the publishing industry, pays testament to the fact that we are on the right path of technological innovation with this inkjet device.
These accolades go to show that Kyocera is on the right track and if this is what we were able achieve in a difficult international climate, just imagine what we can do in 2021!
