KYOCERA Cloud Information Manager drives flexible working

Our latest cloud-based solution has been launched in South Africa with us telling the market that it helps growing businesses digitise their physical documents and embrace a more agile approach to work.

This is an exciting move with our KYOCERA Cloud Information Manager (KCIM) being an easy-to-implement, user-friendly solution for small and mid-sized businesses.

As always, Kyocera combined leading technologies with its vast industry expertise in document solutions to develop this brand-new content service platform (CSP). It is a robust entry-level product that ticks all the boxes for organisations looking to digitise their business documents, so that they can embrace this new era of hybrid working.

We can now offer this ready-made solution which allows organisations to move from paper-based to digital document management, and enables remote staff to access documentation anytime, and from different locations.

KCIM helps us unlock untapped potential with our clients, and I’m excited to see how we will help customers digitally transform their workplaces and be able to operate more effectively.

If I had to say to a potential client “KCIM enables the secure management of the entire document lifecycle from data import to usage (with access control), archiving, and retrieval” I have no doubt that there will be great interest in how we can help turn our client’s data into a business strength. Exciting times lie ahead.

If you missed the KCIM virtual launch on the 15th of June, the recording and marketing collateral are available for download. Click on the link below.
