It’s time to get excited: The TASKalfa Pro 15000c is here!
As part of Kyocera’s commitment to continuously create new value at the cutting edge of technology, KDZA is excited to announce that our first production print device, the TASKalfa Pro 15000c, has arrived and is launching on the 3rd of August 2020 in South Africa.
The TASKalfa Pro 15000c marks Kyocera’s next step in diversification. While we will continue to grow our core business for office print and related solutions, we are entering a new segment Production Print Market. This growth area will continue to stay true to our philosophy that has made our brand successful so far. For our production inkjet offering, the key features of success lie in quality, ease of maintenance, high efficiency and low energy consumption – allowing a truly economical way for printing in high quantities.
We aim to offer the device through our existing dealer channel, as well as our direct sales channel. This will entail some specific sales training as typically production print customers are highly knowledgeable and do not buy devices straight off of a brochure, preferring to conduct their own research. We will need to prove our capabilities in this new market and show that our technology can deliver on our promises and meet the client’s requirements.
To this end, Kyocera has invested in redesigning our showroom so that you, our dealers, can bring potential customers to view the device, as well as print the customer’s files on the required media, effectively acting as a mini proof of concept. During this process, we will also test the machine with the customer, create new media profiles and demonstrate capability for more uses.
Production print customers are always looking for the balance between productivity and quality, and we are confident that our production inkjet addresses both of these, whilst offering a lower total cost of ownership compared to toner-based systems.
The introduction of the TASKalfa Pro 15000c is a landmark moment for Kyocera, bringing our decades of experience into the production print sector.
