A warm welcome to Rochelle Ponen and Mpho Seisa
I don’t know about you, but I love it when new people join the company or, in Kyocera’s case, I should say the family. Aside from human capital introducing new skills and experiences, getting to know new staff often brings a fresh energy to the team.
We are fortunate to have had two new staff members join Kyocera recently. I’d like to extend an official welcome to Rochelle Ponen and Mpho Seisa.
Rochelle joins us as KDZA’s Hardware Product Manager bringing her 10 years of experience in sales, marketing and procurement in a range of IT companies to the new position. While Mpho brings his experience working for Fortune 500 companies, such as Apple, IBM and Oracle, to his role as KDZA’s Dealer Account Manager for SADC.
Neither of them have been here long, but they are already adding enormous value to the team. Rochelle is busy designing a new and improved showroom and is looking at ways to maintain our number one status in A4, while increasing our rankings in the A3 categories. She’s joined the team in thinking about the everchanging IT landscape and how to keep abreast of trends to remain relevant in this dynamic market.
Mpho has been busy making contact with his network in the various SADC countries to introduce Kyocera. He is planning trips which will include visiting the various countries’ universities to position ECM, as well as tapping into telecoms and financial services sectors. It’s all part of a larger plan to expand Kyocera’s network and dealer base into the rest of Africa.
