In our final newsletter of 2018, we quoted our founder, Dr. Inamori’s words, “our success is due to our employees sharing the same aspirations and mindset, instead of the vertical relationship of power and authority,” and we said “we hope this philosophy will carry us through to 2019 and beyond!”
Suddenly 2019 is here, we’re already in the third week of the year and we’re being asked to face old and new challenges as we look at the coming year. It is only if we see things as creating opportunities, for our business as a whole and for our team within KDZA, that we can remain enthusiastic, productive and successful.
I look forward to exploring the opportunities that 2019 will bring and I’m confident that our team will continue to provide the business with good strategic direction, drive and success.
Over the years I have learnt that customers crave reliability in a business and this comes down to delivering on our promises. We’re aiming to deliver a quality service that leaves the customer smiling for months after, and in order to do this, we need to show up with our A-game. Energising ourselves is an essential ingredient to playing our A-game and we remain committed to our mission of taking the organisation into the next phase of its growth.
